Colonel Sloth — Shipping Policy

At Colonel Sloth, we aim to deliver orders across India in a reliable and transparent manner. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms:

1. Order Confirmation & Processing

• An order is confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation email from Colonel Sloth.

• Orders are typically moved to processing within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

• Cancellations before processing begins are permitted, but a 4% transaction fee (payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the refund.

• Once processing has started, no cancellations, modifications, or changes are permitted.

• Requests to update shipping address, phone number, or contact details must be made before processing begins. Colonel Sloth is not liable for delivery errors if details are incorrect or changed late.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

• We ship only within India through trusted courier partners.

• Your order will be delivered within 7–10 days after purchase.

• These timelines are indicative only and may vary. Colonel Sloth is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, strikes, natural events, or government restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

• “Free Shipping” offers are valid only where explicitly mentioned and may be modified or withdrawn at any time, without notice.

• Shipping charges, handling fees, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable, unless the delay or defect is directly caused by Colonel Sloth’s proven negligence.

4. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive an email/WhatsApp message with courier details and a tracking ID.

• Courier tracking updates depend on the courier’s system and may experience delays. Colonel Sloth is not liable for errors in third-party tracking systems.

5. Delivery Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details (full name, complete address, pin code, phone number).

• Colonel Sloth is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated details.

• If delivery fails due to refusal, repeated unavailability, or wrong details:

  • The parcel may be returned, and reshipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

  • If cancelled, any refund will be made after deducting original shipping, return shipping, and handling costs.

6. Risk & Liability

• Risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

• Colonel Sloth is not liable for courier delays, theft, or damage unless conclusively proven to be due to our direct negligence.

• In cases of lost/damaged shipments, we will assist with the courier’s investigation and provide a resolution strictly in line with courier policies and at Colonel Sloth’s discretion.

7. Force Majeure

• Colonel Sloth shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, transport bans, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

• In such cases, Colonel Sloth may, at its sole discretion, offer delayed delivery, store credit, or refund of the order amount.

8. Undelivered / Missing Orders

• Claims for non-delivery must be raised within 7 days of the last expected delivery date by emailing support@colonelsloth.com.

• Resolutions (refund, replacement, or re-dispatch) will be offered only after courier verification and are subject to Colonel Sloth’s sole discretion.

• Refunds, if approved, will exclude shipping, handling, and payment gateway charges unless the issue is conclusively caused by Colonel Sloth.
